We want to take the time to get it right the first time and if the fit isn't right, we will work to find one that is better suited for you and your family.
QUALITY COVERAGE
We ensure that you always have quality care you can count on! In the event your nanny is sick or has a family emergency, we will provide you with one of our professional back‐up nannies to cover his/her shift. No need to search for random people that aren't trained, vetted, certified or background checked as we do the heavy lifting for you. Our resources are also covered by insurance and workers comp. We provide the ulitimate peace of mind for you and your family.
SAFETY SUPPORT
Our firm offers more support than any traditional nanny placement firm. You will obtain a report at the end of each shift that outlines all assigned duties, any issues that occurs or specific items you want to be aware of. Our security team will also track each resource as they have your children out and about, through our technology. If there is ever a security issue, our resources can request support from our security team.
NO REGISTRATION FEES
We do not charge a registration or startup fee. You may meet with, interview, and trial the candidates through us, with no money down. A placement fee is only applicable if you require a custom search for your resource beyond the options that are provided within our pool of candidates and takes longer than the usual process. A signed agreement will be required prior to any assignment or seach can begin for your childcare needs.
COMPETITIVE RATES
We are happy to provide you with the average salary range in your area which will be based on the resource requirment that you select during onboarding. Taxes, Insurance and other fees are all covered by our firm for our resource opposed to traditional measures that other firms require. Any additional charges, hourly rates, etc. are provided in your standard invoicing through our invoicing department on a weekly basis. No need to pay a nanny or sitter the day of any longer.
PROFESSIONAL MONITORING
Our team will ensure that your assigned resources maintains all required certifications through our proprietary technology. We will also ensure that ongoing training and education occurs through our team as well as background checks that incorporate driving records, credit monitoring and criminal charges through our security monitoring team.
OUR PROCESS
1. Family Application
We want to hear all about you and your family’s needs. From number of children to duties required, we like to obtain as much information from you as possible to best match you with one of our qualified candidates. Upon submission, we will send you our Family Contract so we can begin the matchmaking process.
2. The Match Making Process
We will send you resumes for viable candidates who specifically meet your family’s needs. This is truly where the magic happens. We believe in quality over quantity, and will only send you candidates we believe are worth your time and consideration.
3. The Interview
We will work together to coordinate interviews for you and the candidates in consideration. We are happy to set the first interview up inside or outside of your home. Regardless of your preference, we will help make this process seamless and enjoyable!
4. Trial Period
This typically takes place over the course of two 12-hour days or over a one-week period. There is no agency fee for this trial period, but you are responsible for paying the firm for the nanny or babysitters time.
5. Its a Match!
Our firm understands the importance of providing both families and nannies/babysitters with clear guidelines to foster open communication from the start of this special relationship. We will provide you with a Nanny Family Agreement and will connect you with our team of security and nanny expert leads.. We serve as a continued source of support and advice for both you and your assigned childare resource. Your will be assigned an account manager that can help with any issues, changes or additional needs around your assigned staff member.
